Your event production tour
Planned moments and unexpected ones. Learn the simple controls together before your practical orientation.
Plan your people
- Choose one person to call the show, one operator for each studio in use, and your camera people. People can take turns after learning the same controls.
- Book the required one-hour orientation in one studio. Your whole event team can attend; the orientation can be on another day.
- Agree the continuous Studio A rental, the periods when Studio B is needed, and any separate producer-assistance blocks. Confirm who may watch each part.

These practice controls stay on this page. They do not connect to a studio or send anything to an audience.

Before your first event
Complete your live orientation together. Rehearse with the actual phones, headphones, venue connection and viewer. Test one lost connection and save a short recording that you can play back. The tour explains the flow; the rehearsal proves your equipment.
