Sound first, because it's what most videos get wrong

Most event videos look fine but sound terrible: muffled vows, echoey speeches, music drowning out the toasts. We do it differently. While friends and family film on their phones, our engineering works quietly in the background to bring you the clearest sound and sharpest picture we can. We can take the sound straight from the DJ or venue system, so every word of the vows and every laugh in the speeches comes through clear.

What you get

Every angle, one beautiful film. Guests' phones become a full multi-camera crew, and we cut between them as it happens, like a TV broadcast.
Anywhere in the world. A beach, a backyard, a local hall or a hillside overseas. If there's an internet connection, we can be there.
Nobody misses out. Loved ones who can't travel watch live and feel part of the day.
Your channel or a private screen. Stream in real time to your own social media, or keep it private on a link only your guests have.
An instant photo gallery. Guests scan your QR code to add photos, and they appear almost instantly in the gallery and in a live slideshow with music during the event. Anyone can view and download them, and any photo can be kept private just for you.
Love and gifts from afar. Guests anywhere can send messages of love and gifts to the couple.

A finished, fully mixed video with time markers, so you can jump straight to the vows, the first dance or the speeches.
Download successfully saved and uploaded programme files by private link, in separate parts where needed.
A photo gallery that's already full by the time the last dance ends.

All this for $75 CAD an hour per studio, or $150 CAD an hour with a professional producer running it for you.

Your booking starts here

We start every booking with a one-hour orientation in one studio with a producer ($150 CAD). Your whole event team is welcome, and it can be on a different day. Advance orientation resources and a shared photo gallery come with your rental.

There's no separate gallery charge. We'll agree together how long the gallery stays up.

Your booking, orientation and entry

Verify your contact email and send your preferred dates, studios and support needs.
Review the full-rate itemised order and confirm the 100% trial discount. We then confirm the studio schedule and your separate one-hour team orientation. A request alone does not reserve a studio.
Complete your $0 Square trial order and the agreed team orientation. The orientation appears at its regular $150 CAD rate before the trial discount.
If your team needs access, the booking desk sends a separate email for each studio with its entrance link, shared temporary PIN, access times and preparation instructions.
Join under the name you'd like shown. Use headphones with a microphone; choose Comms only for floor communication. Test every device in orientation and keep the browser visible during the event.
Save your work before booked access ends. Tell us if a PIN needs replacing; replacement ends previous access.

Executive producers use their own producer access. Your team can also have temporary access, with or without an executive producer booked.

Wedding services are coming soon. Trial booking is open while we prepare for launch. Regular rates are shown with a 100% trial discount; no GST or payment is collected.
